Participant Qualification Criteria
Fellows must attend and actively engage in at least 90% of program activities, including in-person and virtual sessions. Optional networking and development events may be offered throughout the year.
Upon successful completion, Fellows receive a Certificate of Completion from the Stanford Engineering Center for Global and Online Education.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visas, insurance, and other necessary documentation. Accommodations, meals, and logistics during the summit(for non-Bay Area residents) are covered by the program.
Participation is contingent upon full payment of program fees within 7 days of acceptance into the Program. Lack of payment will result in suspension from all program activities and benefits.
Fellow’s consent to Innovera.ai using their name, likeness, and recorded participation in promotional or educational materials across all media. Advance approval is required if Fellows or affiliated companies wish to independently promote participation or use Fellowship content externally.
Fellow’s consent to the storage and limited sharing of personal data (e.g., name and contact info) in the U.S. for program facilitation purposes.
Fellows are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct, comply with all laws, and respect others regardless of background. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Withdrawals are allowed at any time; however, refunds are only offered under the following terms:
- 50% refund: If notice is given ≥ 1 month before start
- No refund (credit issued): After program start
- Companies may nominate a qualified replacement if plans change
Innovera.ai is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages resulting from your participation, except incases of proven fraud or gross negligence.
